The Team Leader works to ensure that proper production procedures are followed while maintaining company sanitation and efficiency standards. Overall, Leaders are responsible for directing the activities of the line crew and fostering a team-oriented environment. Maintain inventories and minimizing waste, while monitoring production quality standards. Train new employees on processes and procedures. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communicating standards and requirements, accurate production reporting procedures, assigning personnel to teams and tasks, accurate and timely record time keeping and documentation of employee activities.
