As an Assistant PM, you will be partnering with Project Managers and Engineers on large scale mission critical data center projects. Expand your skill set by shadowing project managers while gaining knowledge across multiple disciplines and project oversight. You will be responsible for supporting the PM in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Support Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and field personnel
- Coordinate deliverables and design reviews
- Assisting with assembly of project documents, drawings, and coordinate distribution
- Maintaining files and documentation control for both internal network and client folders
- Meet schedules and budgets on projects that can’t fail
Essential Skills & Requirements
- 4 + years of related background
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills as you are expected to communicate effectively with clients (client facing), team members and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and complete deadline driven tasks efficiently
- Experience with cloud storage for document control
- An analytical thinker with initiative to learn and adapt to various client expectations
- MS Office knowledge, proficient with formatting and working with templates in Excel and Word as well as video conferencing experience

This is a high visibility role and the total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure or degree, university, and project portfolio but expected to be in the $80,000 to $100,000 range.
