Role is onsite in Raleigh, NC 
Day Shift (7am -7pm on a 2,2,3,2 rotation) and Night Shift Available (7pm -7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation)
 
What you'll do:
  • Prioritizes work assignments based on clients and business requirements and needs.
  • Establishes, documents, and monitors the Fulfillment Department's processes and procedures to ensure required timelines are met while maintaining Quality Assurance standards.
  • Creates and maintains reporting to management on key performance department metrics.
  • Facilitates training and coaching the Fulfillment team on procedures and providing guidance as needed on detailed or more complicated client requests and roll out requirements.
  • Collaborates with Fulfillment Compliance and Logistics Analytics teams to improve fulfillment processes and procedures. Recommends solutions and process improvements.
  • Collaborates with internal clients on statuses, delays, and challenges related to the fulfillment processes.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between internal customers and the Fulfillment Group.
  • Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures; promptly corrects hazardous situations.
  • Follows all company policies, security protocols & procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ISO requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. May be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
What you'll bring:
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience which includes previous related supervisory duties and responsibilities in managing a fulfillment warehouse unit or other related area from within the supply chain, warehousing, or distribution industry.
  • Effective proficiency in using the intranet, email, Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS).
  • Ability to effectively lead others and foster a productive work environment.
  • Previous work experience working in an ISO 9001 environment. 
  • ISO, OSHA, 5S or other continuous improvement type training and knowledge are desired..
  • Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Requires basic computer experience as well as operating standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read or understand information related to work activities.
