Role Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned line(s) KPIs, update visual management tools, provide regular updates to the Department Manager, and collaborate with line operators to troubleshoot issues and identify best practices
- Supervisor assigned line(s) to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards
- Administrative tasks such as updating work orders in SAP, documenting production totals, line issues, and review of hourly employee timesheets to include entering work schedules, approving time off requests, and auditing punches when applicable in Day Force
- Monitor and control various raw material inventories necessary for production
- Partner with the maintenance department to ensure line(s) is in optimal working condition to support efficient operations
- Supervisor the regular working schedule and overtime awarding process
- Supervisor and train union employees on the assigned line(s)
- Facilitate and attend daily start-up meetings and departmental meetings
- Assist with projects, special assignments, and QSD studies as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in business; prefer Bachelor Degree
- Minimum four years experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment preferred

Physical Requirements
- Constantly walking, standing, and sitting
- Rarely work at heights
- Must be able to climb a minimum of three (3) flights of stairs in succession
- Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions
- Have acceptable (or corrected) visual acuity and depth perception. Have acceptable (or corrected) hearing
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English with understanding as it relates to job tasks
