As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based programs aligned to learning outcomes

What you’ll bring

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• Current Working With Children Check (NSW) or ability to obtain

• First Aid (including asthma & anaphylaxis)

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Commitment to a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

• Understanding of developmental milestones across age groups

• Ability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative team player; adaptable and proactive

Desirable

• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Understanding of National Quality Standards and assessment processes

• Cultural responsiveness and family-centred practice

• Confidence using digital tools to document learning

• Previous experience as an Educator/Assistant Educator/Childcare Assistant
