Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative Video Production Crew Member. This role will be held by a multi-talented team player who will fulfill multiple roles, including video editing, motion graphics design, videography, and live video production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, technically savvy, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
- Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and storytelling impact
- Design and animate motion graphics for the jumbotron, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and special effects
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots and live events
- Assist in live streaming setups, switching, and monitoring
- Manage media assets, including file organization, backups, and archival processes
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to bring projects to life
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
What You Need for this Position
- Proficiency in video editing software (We use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Solid experience creating motion graphics in After Effects or similar software
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording techniques
- Experience with live video production tools and workflows (e.g., switchers, streaming software)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
