Purpose of the Job: 

*Maintenance:  Mixing, extrusion, calendaring, fabric cutters and steel cutters equipment’s  
*Abnormality & Spare management in equipment’s
*Documentation and audits reports
* Capex and improvement project activities
*Safety improvement activities

Major Responsibilities: 

1. Upkeeping equipment with preventive, corrective & predictive, autonomous maintenance.
2. Knowledge for Tyres industries specially in mixing, extrusion, calendaring and cutters,
3. Knowledge of Operating & maintenance of mixers, extruders, calender and cutters
4. Energy conservation, QCC & kaizen projects
5. Spares & maintenance planning, troubleshooting techniques and familiar with hydraulic & pneumatic drawings
6. Knowledge of Hydrulic system, valves and its spare management
7. Knowledge of equipment upgradation with techonology.
8. Knowledge of IATF audits and its documentation.
9. Knowledge of EMS & OHSAS, 5S, ISO 50001 documentation
10. Knowledge of spare cost maintaining
11. Knowledge of safety standards and activities
12. Knowledge of predictive maintenance vibration, acoustic, oil analysis.
13.  Knowledge of basic mechanical training and development of team
