About the role:
Looking for an expert with good communication skills, hands on experience of BMS HVAC assets with commissioning experience.
Role Responsibilities:
Chiller Onboarding with various Edge devices on to Chiller Data Analytics platform like Carrier Smart and Abound.
Assist technician as per SOP to troubleshoot the Chillers to restore connectivity when the chillers are not communicating with the platforms.
Technical Interfacing with Customer and Internal Stakeholders
Alarm monitoring capability is required on a timely basis.
Prepare advisory reports for improvement and enhancement opportunities.
Role Purpose:
Analyze different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization.
work on projects that requires data mining, analysis and presentation.
Follow-ups and meets commitments to customer.
Minimum Requirements:
Min 1 years’ experience in the field of BMS or control system commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting activities.
Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, modbus etc.
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan your work schedule.
