About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This role involves managing and coordinating the operational implementation of new projects, ensuring successful onboarding and go-live.

The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with the ability to respond effectively to day-to-day operational challenges, while maintaining a structured and empathetic approach.

As an Business Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects
  • Manage and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance
  • Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
  • Drive structured processes to support operational efficiency and customer success

  • Based in the Lisbon region (mandatory);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Availability for travel (mandatory);
  • Proven experience in project management and/or operations management;
