Responsibilities:
Comfortable with outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, HubSpot, etc.).
Data-driven and quick to experiment.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
“Founder’s mindset” → ownership, hustle, and bias for action.
Excited to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 college (IIM A/B/C, ISB)
Drive end-to-end growth experiments across sales, marketing, and ops.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of startup dynamics.
Proactive and able to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Pardot, or similar).
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead scoring.
Data-driven decision maker, comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution.
Hustle mindset — ability to test quickly and double down on what works.
