ABOUT THE JOB
- Drive enhancements to our HR Systems landscape by rolling out additional Successfactors functionality and expanding IT integrations with SAP HCM and other tools.
- Lead HR process improvement activities and automation initiatives while promoting consistent system adoption globally.
- Collaborate with HR, IT and Data Teams to coordinate end-to-end deployment of system solutions, from requirements gathering to user testing.
- Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring data integrity and legal compliance through our global permissions concept.
- Provide second level service support and conduct BAU activities including template preparation, data imports, and system upgrade evaluations.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on system updates to ensure best practice and proficient system usage.
ABOUT YOU
- Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Microsoft tools with a proven track record of implementing HR system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with excellent diagnostic and documentation skills.
- Functional experience in HR Systems implementations, updates and integrations within a multinational company environment.
- Degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field that has equipped you with relevant technical knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with excellent communication skills and an agile mindset to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
