We are seeking an HR Recruiter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. This role requires a professional who can manage full-cycle recruitment while representing our brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Position Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring exceptional candidates across a range of roles within the organization. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across operations, design, construction, and corporate support.
 - Develop job postings and recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
 - Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
 - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
 
Candidate Experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Outdoor Environments Group, providing a professional and positive candidate experience.
 - Communicate clearly and consistently with applicants throughout the hiring process.
 - Guide candidates from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
 
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
 - Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices.
 - Advise managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
 
Process & Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
 - Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
 - Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
 - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
 - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships.
 - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
 - Experience recruiting in construction, design, or related industries is a plus.
