About the Role

Data is the lifeblood of advanced AI. Our R&D Data Scaling team builds the foundational engines that create high-quality data at an unprecedented scale, directly fueling the next generation of AI reasoning and coding agents. We own the end-to-end data lifecycle—from pioneering new evaluation methods and synthesizing training data to advancing the reinforcement learning algorithms that bring it all together. This is a unique opportunity to solve core infrastructure challenges at the heart of AI progress.

What You’ll Work On

  • Design and implement pipelines to scale up RL data generation and collection.
  • Develop and iterate on simulated environments to train and realistically evaluate AI agents
  • Implement and refine data quality metrics to ensure our models are learning from the best possible information.
  • Collaborate closely with research scientists to understand data requirements and integrate new algorithms into production systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong engineering abilities
  • Knowledge of core reinforcement learning techniques and an interest in their application.
  • Extremely familiar with large language model data collection
  • Proven experience building autonomous agents that leverage LLMs to automate complex software engineering and code generation tasks.
