LPA is seeking a passionate Landscape Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

What you will do:

• You will assist Project Leaders and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.

• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.

• Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects.

• Assist in the research as directed for product and construction methods related to a project.

• Assist Design Coordinator and/or Construction Administrator to review and process submittals.

• Participate in the integrated design process, working with other disciplines.

• Perform other project-related tasks as approved or assigned by other team leaders.

Landscape Architectural Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture

• 2 - 5 years of experience across all phases of landscape architecture projects

• Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred

• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment

• Commitment to building a long-term professional career

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $72,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
