Location: Chicago, IL.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $90/ hr.

Full Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is recruiting a Pharmacist to administer Covid 19 and Flu vaccines for a private business in Chicago, IL. This role involves direct patient care, efficient vaccine preparation and administration, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Illinois.
- Current Immunization Certification (e.g., APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery or equivalent, as required by DE regulations).
- Active BLS Certification required.
- Must have minimum experience of 3-5 years administering vaccines. (Experience with Covid and Flu vaccines is preferred).
- Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
- Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Focused on delivering patient counseling and vaccine education.
- Prior experience with high-volume vaccinations and fast-paced environments is highly valued.
- Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
- Must bring own laptop/tablet to work.
- Ability to reliable commute to Chicago, IL.
