What You’ll Do:
- Crush daily prep—produce, proteins, sauces, and everything in between.
- Follow recipes and portion standards like a pro.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked.
- Label, date, and rotate ingredients to keep freshness on point.
- Support line cooks and chefs during service when needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols—no shortcuts.
What You Bring:
- Kitchen experience preferred, but hustle is essential.
- Knife skills, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
