The Tier I Broadcast Video Operator is an entry-level role on the Video Team at Bethel Church. This position supports live production by operating foundational camera positions for services, classes, and events. Tier I operators develop camera fluency, framing consistency, and foundational production awareness while supporting the team during live gatherings.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate static or foundational camera positions during weekend services or classes
- Assist with gear setup, cable runs, and basic maintenance
- Learn camera operation basics including framing, timing, and responsiveness
- Shadow Tier II/III operators and rotate into live environments with coaching
- Support team setup and teardown for weekend services and events
- Maintain camera gear and workspace cleanliness under supervision
Position Type: part-time hourly
Hours: 0-9 hours per week
Salary Range: $18.50/hr

Qualifications
- Shows eagerness to learn and grow in a live production environment
- Basic familiarity with cameras, tripods, or production tools
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
