Beyond Risk Management, a leader in alternative risk solutions, is seeking a dynamic Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join our high-growth MGA business in a role that bridges the critical gap between strategy and execution. This is not a traditional hands-on creative role - instead, you'll lead a dedicated marketing support team while building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across our portfolio companies. You'll translate high-level business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and oversee their execution through your team of creative and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, underwriting leaders, and business development teams across portfolio companies
- Serve as strategic bridge between senior business stakeholders and marketing execution teams
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand market positioning, competitive landscape, and growth objectives
- Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and ROI analysis to executive leadership
Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for each MGA entity
- Lead and manage dedicated marketing support team including graphic designers, content creators, web developers, copywriters, and project managers
- Translate strategic business objectives into clear, actionable marketing initiatives for your team
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all portfolio companies
Analytics & Performance Management
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI across digital and traditional channels
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and attribution models
- Prepare executive-level reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Industry & Product Marketing
- Develop deep understanding of specialty insurance products and market dynamics
- Create thought leadership content and industry positioning strategies
- Support business development efforts with marketing materials and sales enablement tools
- Coordinate trade show participation, industry events, and partner marketing initiatives
Cross-Portfolio Collaboration
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and collaborative marketing across portfolio companies
- Standardize marketing processes and best practices across entities
- Support M&A integration from marketing perspective
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between portfolio company marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience at a marketing agency with exposure to diverse client industries
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of various marketing disciplines and channels
- A track record of leading and/or executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience navigating competing priorities while still meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders happy
- Experience working effectively with company Executives
