Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator
Location: 7225 US-31, Suite G, Indianapolis, IN 46227
Salary: $20-22/hr PLUS bonus options!
Status: Full Time | Classification: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Mon–Sun, 8 AM – 10 PM ET (schedule may vary based on location)
Reports to: Practice Manager

We're looking for a Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator to join our dental team!
The right candidate will help patients understand treatment plans, review insurance coverage, and assist with financing options such as CareCredit and HFD.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1 year dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of treatment planning, insurance, and financial coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CareCredit/HFD a plus
High school diploma or GED
Basic dental knowledge or the ability to learn
Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and demonstrates initiative
Excellent work ethic and attendance record
Dental experience is required

About the Role:
The Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. This individual is a team player and brings their best to our office to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
This role is primarily responsible for:
Greeting patients
Checking patients in
Presenting treatment plans
Scheduling and confirming future appointments
Handling incoming phone calls
The Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator will assist patients with questions and needs ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and inviting tone when fronting questions from new and existing patients on the telephone
Exhibit a welcoming appearance and attitude toward all patients and guests in the lobby
Accurate capture and entry of patient demographic and insurance info into electronic health records
Accurate verification of dental insurance benefits prior to treatment plan creation and presentation
Creation and presentation of the treatment plan, effectively communicating all treatment options
Assist patients with financing options and arrangements to receive necessary treatment
Responsible handling of financial receipts and cash in accordance with practice standards
Ensure all proper documentation is signed and entered into the system
Maintain rapport with multiple patients during high-demand periods
Solve patient-related financial and clinical account questions
Maintain the lobby, front office, and other facility areas according to practice standards
Communicate effectively with management and co-workers regarding suggestions and improvements
Successfully complete internal training programs

Certification & Licensure:
None required (we’ll help you get certified in CPR and Hep B if needed)
