Qualifications & Experience:🎯 Scope of the Role:
You'll be responsible for keeping all technical systems, attractions, and building facilities in tip-top shape. Health & Safety is always your top priority, and you’ll be a go-to team player who keeps things running smoothly!
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Ensure the attraction is a safe and secure environment for staff and guests
🛠️ Perform preventative maintenance on attractions and systems to keep guest satisfaction at 95%+
🏢 Maintain the facility and equipment to the highest possible standards
💡 Conduct daily inspections including light bulb checks, general repairs, and painting
🔥 Complete daily Health & Safety and Fire checks and maintain proper documentation
🧼 Help maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and contribute to a tidy, well-organized workspace
🆕 Assist with installing and maintaining new attractions and equipment
📋 Provide input on the annual maintenance plan and improvement projects
😄 Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward guests and colleagues

🧠 About You:
🔧 At least 1 year of experience in a technical, maintenance, or facilities role
🎢 Knowledge of ride maintenance, AV systems, general facilities upkeep
🧯 Familiar with Health & Safety protocols, fire checks, manuals, and audits
🆘 Experience with life support and emergency systems is a big plus!
🧑🔧 A hands-on team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
