What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional inpatient care as part of a 7-on/7-off hospitalist schedule
- Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds, quality initiatives, and performance improvement processes
- Take the lead on patient safety, documentation excellence, and protocol adherence
- Act as a liaison between hospital administration, nursing, and medical staff to support team cohesion and care continuity
- Contribute to a culture of teaching, accountability, and growth
