Training and Experience Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university and Two years of satisfactory experience which must include: conducting employment interviews, developing jobs, providing occupational guidance, providing occupational referrals, selecting personnel, placing personnel, researching employment programs, planning employment programs, and/or conducting occupational training in a formal training program. NOTE: 1. Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Social Work, Public or Business Administration, Community Development or related field may be substituted for one year of the experience as outlined above. | 2. Experience, as outlined above, in excess of the two-year requirement, may be substituted for college education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years. 3. Bilingual Preferred. | Necessary Special Requirement Continuing possession of an appropriate class, valid Driver License issued by the State of New York .Must have an operable automobile available for use.
