- Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
- Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
- Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
- Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
- Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.
- Secret Clearance.
- Of the required three (3) years of experience, at least two (2) years of experience required in a business or technical position in a project management role.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects risks, tracking, and defining mitigations.
- Experience with Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP), Lakehurst contracts, COPARS.
- Bachelor’s Degree OR no degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.
- Associates degree OR plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
