Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations for appropriate children
Enhance level of functioning in areas of visual, auditory, somatosensory (tactile, proprioceptive, and vestibular) perception
Maintain or improve motor functioning through range of motion, muscle strengthening, gross and fine motor coordination activities, normalization of muscle tone
Achieve maximum level of independence in toileting, feeding, dressing, grooming, mobility, object manipulation and communication
Adapt equipment design, construction, and instruction for use
Develop appropriate visual motor skills to enhance hand-eye coordination
QUALIFICATIONS:
NYS Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist
Knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional strategies
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
STARTING DATE: TBD
SALARY: $54,357 (2025-26 Base Salary) - Consideration for additional salary may be granted based upon education and experience
