Flynn Canada Ltd is searching for a Service Coordinator to support our Calgary office! This role will report directly into the Service Manager.

A Day in the Life:

Support the Superintendent: 
- Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
- Organize and schedule jobs 
- Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring -proper equipment is available and arranged 
- High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed.
- Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completed work 

Support the field Operations: 
- Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements 
- Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc. 
- Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls

What We Are Seeking
- Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset 
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail 
- Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone 
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment 
- Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills 
- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
