Instructors Recruiter - Operations at HOKALI

About HOKALI 

We seek an energetic and responsible Semi Sr Recruiter to join our Operations Development team at HOKALI. In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Operations Process by recruiting our After School Program Instructors across de US. Working closely on the day to day with the operations management. 

Main Responsibilities

• Source and hunt for potential profiles.
• Interview candidates.

• Identify and generate new partnerships with sports/enrichment academies or private coaches.
• Onboard new coaches, ensuring all quality and safety requirements are met.
• Manage leads and keep the customer relationship management (CRM) software updated.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop strategies for achieving operational targets.
• Implement defined operational processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide the Operations Team with data reports and contribute to updating sales operations.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar areas.

● Advanced or native english skills both writing and speaking (mandatory)

● Excellent scrapping skills. 

● Experience using HubSpot or any CRM it´s a plus. 

● Self-motivated and with the ability of working independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to negotiate and pay attention to detail. 

● Ability to multitask and prioritize optimizing time management and organizational skills. 

● Strong connection to sports it´s a plus.
