Lead Security Officer - Amsterdam, NY at Securitas US Business Unit

We’re hiring a dependable Shift Lead – Security Officer for overnight coverage at a warehouse facility. Reliable transportation is required, as public transit may not align with the shift.Pay Rate: $18.75/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (40 hours/week)Location: Amsterdam, NYJob Duties:• Control truck access and log vehicle entries/exits• Monitor CCTV and maintain a secure environment• Manage visitor sign-in/out and access to the building• Complete handwritten paperwork and incident reports• Ensure all security protocols are followedShift Lead Responsibilities:• Oversee and support officers on the overnight shift• Serve as point of contact for issues or escalations• Track attendance and verify timesheets• Address performance concerns and provide coaching• Maintain shift coverage and communication with managementQualifications:• Prior security experience preferred• Supervisory experience a plus• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits• Dependable, professional, and calm under pressureIf you’re a proactive leader looking to grow with a reliable team, apply today!
