Job Purpose
| The Respiratory Service Equipment Tech performs non-technical tasks to support the Respiratory Therapy Team. This position cleans and sterilizes equipment, stocks supplies, manages inventory, fills requisitions and distributes supplies and equipment throughout the hospital. |
Qualifications
| Education: | High School Diploma or equivalent |
| Experience: | No previous experience required; 1+ year healthcare preferred. |
| License/Certification/Credential: | N/A |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

| Cleans and pasteurizes respiratory therapy equipment | 25% |
| Assembles respiratory therapy equipment in preparation for equipment disbursement | 20% |
| Maintains appropriate documentation regarding charges and inventory control | 15% |
| Delivers and stocks respiratory related equipment to the patient care areas of the hospital | 35% |
| Other duties as assigned | 5% |
