Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a Project Manager, to work in Panama City, FL. A United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

Government

  • Assist Program Manager with supporting Department of Defense (DOD) task orders worldwide.
  • Act as liaison between Corporate and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) as directed by Program Manager.

Contracting

  • Support the pre-award and post-award contracting activities involving reviewing the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
    • Help determine how many personnel are required.
    • Assist in developing questions about the PWS prior to Corporate submitting a bid.
  • Obtain, review and file task order basic award and modifications. 
    • Develop and maintain tracking sheet that identifies contract, funds broken down by CLIN & Sub-CLIN, date, contract total, and purpose of the contract modification.

Security

  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’s client(s)/customer(s) /prime contractor(s).
  • Develop Letter of Introduction (LOI) and/or Letter of Authorization (LOA) as required.
  • Assist employees in completing Training requirements (e.g., Annual Security Training).

Human Resources

  • Assist Human Resources (HR) and FEDITC recruiters in searching for candidates.
  • Review and evaluate resumes.
  • Assist employees with benefit questions.
  • Develop a tracking spreadsheet for employees; should contain name, duty location, job title, salary, hire date, end of employment date, position level (e.g., Professional Level V), duty phone, DSN, cell phone number, duty email, home email, FEDITC email address.
  • Review and approve timesheets.
  • Review and approve Personal Time Off (PTO) in ADP.
  • Initiate and submit Resignation/Termination letters and submit to HR.

Finance

  • Act as eyes on the ground for FEDITC financial team and the Government customer.
  • Develop Travel Funds tracker
    • Should contain the following fields – Travel Authorization number, employee name, departure date, return date, destination, estimated funds).
  • Develop Travel Authorization Tracking (TAR) sheet. Provide current travel fund balance (the TAR must be signed by the COR).
  • Develop a funds schedule to track current, cumulative, and remaining costs by Sub-CLIN per month.  Very helpful during final review of invoice prior to submitting to the Government.
  • Review travel expense reports (check receipts & per diem rates) update funds tracker.
  • Submit required document (e.g., Fuel usage, Hour Tracker) to Program Manager and financial team.
  • Assign Sub-CLIN data to monthly travel invoice

  • Consolidate Monthly Status Report (MSR) inputs and submit to Deputy Program Manager.
  • When reviewing invoices prior to submittal (if applicable):
    • Was there a contract modification this reporting period?
      • If so, were the new numbers added to the Task Order Summary sheet?
    • Do the total cells contain all cells?
    • Do the Labor Summary Hours match the Hours tab?
    • Are the hours broken out by Air Force & Army?
    • Do the Other Direct Cost (ODC) phone and rental car figures match the AMEX statement?
    • Are all receipts included in the support documents?
  • Develop and maintain Emergency Contact Roster.
  • Develop and maintain employee Birthday list.
  • Develop and maintain Staffing Flow Chart.

Clearance:

  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
