THE ROLE
At Thrive Market, our Product Engineering team drives meaningful impact for both our members and the business by delivering innovative solutions that shape every part of the e-commerce grocery journey. From crafting seamless cart and checkout flows to enhancing recurring shipments and personalization, our engineers ensure grocery shopping is simple, rewarding, and trustworthy.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our product engineering pods. In this role, you’ll guide a team of talented engineers to build high-quality, high-impact product features that directly improve how our members shop, save, and return to Thrive Market. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating company strategy into technical execution—elevating the customer experience while driving measurable business results.
