The difference you will make as a Systems & Performance Analyst
The Property Services Directorate manages the repair and maintenance service and Property Management to over 22,000 properties across London, the Southeast and the Home Counties.
The directorate undertakes repairs, servicing, voids, Property Management, Environmental services, and planned maintenance work to our customers’ homes via our in-house team and a variety of contractors and service providers who are employed on our behalf. This includes repairs to general needs, leasehold, market rent and our specialist Care and Support schemes. Our work also includes statutory and regulatory compliance checks.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience managing and supporting systems such as Oneserve/DRS (or equivalent Task, Scheduling or Field Service Management Applications) following a best practice management framework ideally supported by a qualification (Such as ITIL Foundation)
- Experience is supporting Mobile Apps (Installation and Configuration)
- Experience mapping and updating business processes.

Role Profile
- Providing support for System Projects, either through configuration changes or providing high-level analysis of existing configurations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Scope and deliver internal training as required, either within a train the trainer exercise or directly
- Support systems’ upgrades through preparation and testing
- Support with the coordination of UAT by preparing and testing any Changes to satisfy LIVE Requests, Changes or Upgrades.
- Adhere to and support the Change Control Processes
- Assist in documenting Processes and Procedures
- Maintain user guides for Business Systems
- Understanding and addressing relevant actions or trends derived from Business Reports, including internal KPIs and Supplier SLAs
- Supporting colleagues in performing data audits to ensure Systems and Processes are working as expected
- Monitor performance to achieve agreed KPIs and objectives
- Contribute to the continual review and development of processes/procedures within the Organization.
- Provide knowledge updates to the relevant teams to benefit from the information.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience managing and supporting systems such as Oneserve/DRS (or equivalent Task, Scheduling or Field Service Management Applications) following a best practice management framework ideally supported by a qualification (Such as ITIL Foundation)
- Experience is supporting Mobile Apps (Installation and Configuration)
- Experience mapping and updating business processes.
- Experience managing, engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Advanced IT Skills and Literacy.
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Excel formulae, pivot tables and querying external connections.
- T-SQL training or experience in selection, aggregation, sorting and filtering statements
- Experience with MS SQL Server Management Studio for querying Relational SQL Databases
- Experience with APIs, Interfaces between Systems and SFTP.
- Experience using a bespoke SaaS Reporting Solution (E.g. Oneserve Analytics Module)
Desirable
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query and (beneficial) Dax queries
- Experience in automating processes and procedures
- Data Analysis Concepts / Statistical Reasoning
