We are looking for a Lead Benefits Analyst to join our Global Benefits team! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs across multiple countries. This includes health and welfare programs, retirement, life and disability insurance, and wellbeing initiatives.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- 7+ years of working experience in total
- 5+ years of direct experience working with benefits
- Experience in writing benefits proposals and benefit communications
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Experience managing benefits across multiple countries in particular Spain and France
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of additional languages – other than English – is a plus
- Comfortable to present ideas to stakeholders at all levels
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure benefit programs are competitive and compliant.
- Analyze benefit-related data (claims, utilization, employee feedback) to inform program decisions.
- Conduct cost-benefit and benchmarking analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and identify cost containment strategies.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership on benefit program performance and impact.
- Partner with vendors, carriers, and providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
- Recommend program or vendor changes to improve quality, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
