• Comprensión del funcionamiento, organización estructural y dinámica de trabajo y comunicación de una compañía farmacéutica global, además de su historia, valores y cultura de calidad y seguridad.
• Formación en las normas de la correcta fabricación y otras normativas y documentación que rigen una planta farmacéutica.
• Familiarización con las buenas prácticas de distribución y sus procesos relacionados. Dar soporte a la gestión de reclamaciones de distribución, involucrándose en la comunicación con las distintas áreas impactadas.
• Aprendizaje de la gestión, comunicación y priorización de envíos en una planta farmacéutica para asegurar el suministro al paciente.
• Dar soporte a la preparación y revisión de reportes relacionados con la gestión de envíos y la actividad del departamento de Servicio al Cliente.
• Toma de contacto con distintos procesos que se ejecutan en Supply Chain, participando en alguno de ellos para adquirir conocimiento del área y colaborando con otros departamentos.
