This role is responsible for managing the market launch of a new HP AM platform, a complex process that involves multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, segments, product management and supply chain, to align Product and GTM launch strategies, and drive successful launch plans
- Combines Strategic thinking with Tactical planning.
- Participates in defining Launch strategies to develop markets
- Gathers understanding of segments, business management, and sales challenges/strategies.
- Communicates and builds relationships with individuals at various levels within the sales team.
Specific Tasks (examples, not limited to these):
- Intro management at WW level
- Ensure Product deliverables are met on a timely basis
- Lead the regional launch plans
- Define GTM strategies, including channel coverage in all regions
- Regional Sales and Operational calls
- Channel events
- Market plans with regions
- Business development activities
Education & Experience Required:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in Intro management, category management, P&L management.
- Engineering and/or technical degree highly wanted but not required.
- Travel required: >25% of the time (when possible)

- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies

- Superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills
- Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team- building, conflict resolution, and management
- Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to customer issues
- Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies
Impact / Scope / Complexity
- Reports to Business Manager at Global level.
- Participates and often leads cross- functional engagement teams within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Presents business cases to EXEC-level and above audiences.
- Creates new consulting frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital
- Decision-making implications extend to multiple functions and/or businesses and impact the business directly
- Anticipates emerging trends that may impact the overall business model
