Position Summary

Lead and develop the Reporting Analysts team to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational reporting for group and local stakeholders. Own end‑to‑end reporting processes (data controls, close, production, presentation, and repository management), strengthen internal controls, and drive standardization and automation across tools (SAP, SAP FC, Qlik, Pigment, Excel).

1) People Leadership and Operating Rhythm

  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage the Reporting Analysts team; set goals, run 1:1s, and drive hiring and development.

  • Own the reporting calendar and SLAs for monthly/quarterly/annual cycles; run stand-ups during close and post-close retrospectives.

  • Maintain SOPs, RACI, and documentation for all recurring processes.

2) Data Checks and Financial Controls

  • Govern FX rate uploads in SAP; validate completeness, effective dates, and P&L/BS/CF impact.

  • Direct close controls: review P&L and statistical postings and resolve late/incorrect entries.

  • Resolve BU/Cost Center and Intercompany mismatches; oversee IFRS 16 data integrity and postings.

  • Validate customer contribution extracts and volume rebate accruals, including methodology, cut-off, and true-ups.

3) Report Production and Quality Assurance

  • Own production and QA of internal P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow packs.

  • Maintain reliable Excel models (version control, drivers, and error checks).

  • Lead structure cost reporting (FTE, personnel, T&E) and manage Capex files, capitalization rules, and CF linkage.

4) Presentation and Repository Management

  • Build executive-ready decks: Flash Revenue & EBITDA, Group FP&A, Market, and Holdings/SSC.

  • Enforce repository discipline: latest P&L/BS/CF and market-specific schedules with clear naming, versioning, and access controls.

5) Process Improvement, Automation, and Tooling

  • Standardize templates, metrics, and glossary across markets.

  • Automate data flows and reporting via Qlik/Pigment, SAP FC, and Excel/VBA or Python.

  • Enhance controls; partner with Internal Audit

6) Stakeholder Management and Governance

  • Serve as single point of contact for close/reporting issues; escalate with root cause and remediation plans.

  • Align with Consolidation on accounting treatments (IFRS 16, ICO, FX) and with Tax/Treasury on disclosures.
