Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead West Zone sales operations across lawyers, corporates, law colleges, firms, legal departments & government agencies. Drive team & individual targets to ensure revenue growth.
  • Sales Activities: Manage full sales cycle – prospecting, demos, negotiation & closure. Provide training/support to customers, handle queries & maintain long-term relationships.
  • Team Management: Oversee & mentor Relationship Managers, track performance, provide direction & ensure skill development.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct workshops in law colleges/institutions, engage clients across the region through visits & generate new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies, work with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings.
  • Brand Value: Maintain and grow Manupatra’s brand value by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring a consistent and positive brand presence across the region. Represent the organization at relevant events and forums to strengthen brand recognition and credibility in the legal and corporate sectors.

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in SaaS/Software/Online sales.
  • Proven record in end-to-end sales & revenue generation.
  • Experience in the legal sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Go-getter attitude with excellent closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the West Zone
