Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
- Manage inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to company standards while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer interactions to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer support or back-office operations is a plus.
