Lead the accounting and administration function for a disruptive, fast-growing industry operating across 40 countries. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee a global network of entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence while driving automation and process improvements.

What will I be doing?
Coordinate accounting registrations and management reporting for companies across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Prepare monthly financial reporting for management and statutory purposes , including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Manage the invoicing process for merchants and coordinate vendor payments, expenses, and other administrative workflows.
Develop and implement new processes to improve automation, accuracy, and control.
Define and apply accounting policies under IFRS and local authority requirements.
Coordinate external audits across multiple jurisdictions.
What skills do I need?
12+ years of professional experience in accounting, external audit, and administration.
6+ years in Big Four firms with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting.
6+ years in management roles, leading teams and overseeing cross-border operations.
Solid expertise in IFRS.
Proven experience with ERPs (SAP preferred); ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
Accounting degree; an MBA or a Finance postgraduate degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills with fluent English (additional languages a plus).
