  • Quality Structuring: Develop and implement a structured approach to quality management to reduce the current scrap rate of 40%.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze production processes and implement action plans to improve industrial performance sustainably.
  • Customer Complaints Management: Streamline the management of customer complaints and 8D reports to ensure timely resolution.
  • Quality Control: Oversee inspections of incoming raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead 8D problem-solving activities to investigate and resolve recurring or critical quality issues.
  • Quality dashboard : improve and update on a monthly basis the quality dashboard

2. Quality System Implementation for Vulcanizados

  • Supplier Qualification: Formally qualify critical suppliers, ensuring they meet Nexans' stringent quality requirements.
  • Quality System Development: Create and implement a comprehensive quality system for our outsourced supplier based in SPain to ensure their products meet Nexans' specifications.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the outsourced supplier on quality processes, tools, standards, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement at the outsourced supplier, supporting initiatives that reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and eliminate defects.
