Job Description:

As a Revenue Optimisation Analyst you will be supporting Together's commercial performance by providing oversight or redemption quotes and statements, to ensure revenue is maximised in line with Together's contractual terms and conditions with its customers. 

As a Revenue Optimisation Analyst we are looking for some to: 

  • Review redemption quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness of interest calculations, fees and charges and early repayment costs
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or anomalies in redemption calculations to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Redemptions team to understand operational processes and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain oversight logs and produce summary reports for senior finance stakeholders
  • Support Group FP&A with insights into revenue leakage or optimisation opportunities
  • Assist in the development of controls and checks to improve the accuracy of redemption outputs
  • Contribute to internal audit and assurance activities related to redemption processes
Qualifications:

Essential: 

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
  • Ability to interpret financial data and contractual terms 
  • Clear written communication skills for reporting findings
  • Comfortable working independently and managing workload to deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial services or secured lending 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM
  • Exposure to revenue assurance or financial control environments
