Xpressdocs is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Fort Worth-based team.  In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving client success, growing revenue, and building lasting relationships by promoting the full suite of Xpressdocs solutions.

In this position, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting and expanding client use of Xpressdocs products and services.
  • Represent and support our full range of products and services.
  • Train, develop, and manage client accounts and databases.
  • Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the Xpressdocs platform, including functionality, pricing, and client-specific programs and products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by analyzing client needs and recommending effective implementation strategies.
  • Document, organize, and communicate client requirements to support detailed project planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while responding quickly to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time to attend client meetings, trade shows, and events to support business needs.

 You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a minimum 5+ years experience in similar client facing role.
  • Are quality conscious, detail orientated, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Can anticipate problems and resolve effectively.
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high pressure environments.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Have the physical ability to work at a desk (up to 80%) and move throughout departments (up to 20%).
  • Have the ability to operate standard office equipment and work in a cubicle setting.
