Description
We are seeking an ERP Product Lead who will be essential to the ERP implementation and positioned to contribute to the system’s continued evolution within the organization. This role bridges the space between business processes and business systems, ensuring the ERP supports operational and strategic needs across departments.
You will champion a product mindset, developing a strategic roadmap for the ERP that aligns with company goals and delivers measurable value to the business. The position requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution: facilitating requirements and process design with stakeholders, while also engaging directly with configuration, testing, data, and integrations as needed.
This role operates as part of a broader IT / Business systems team. You will collaborate closely with these colleagues and with business leaders to ensure the ERP system continues to evolve and deliver value after go-live.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
During ERP Implementation
- Partner with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ERP functionality across finance, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Document business processes, capture requirements, and translate them into ERP configurations and user stories.
- Maintain the ERP backlog and prioritize enhancements based on business value.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.
- Participate directly in system configuration, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain the configuration registry, decision log, and process documentation.
- Support user training, change management, and communication efforts.
Post Go-Live (Ongoing Support & Development)
- Champion a product mindset for the ERP, maintaining a strategic roadmap and backlog in alignment with company priorities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize and deliver system enhancements that support continuous improvement.
- Provide day-to-day ERP support: troubleshooting issues, coordinating bug fixes, and assisting with data integrity.
- Work with colleagues in the IT/Business Systems team to evaluate and implement integrations (CRM, PLM/PDM, WMS, reporting tools, etc.).
- Develop and monitor KPIs that measure ERP effectiveness (e.g., inventory accuracy, schedule attainment, financial close cycle times).
- Support and coordinate training for super-users; maintain documentation and SOPs.
- Help oversee ERP security roles and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
