We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop creative concepts in collaboration or advertising and promotional materials for Oaklawn.
- Designs and produces advertising, graphics, direct mail and multimedia as directed by the marketing manager; works within branded templates to produce final products in a fast environment with limited corrections.
- Coordinates the creative design and production of materials for marketing programs, ad campaigns, and on-property collateral as directed and assigned by the marketing manager.
- In coordination with other departments, develops the production of internal and external print projects including advertisements, newsletters, menus and signage and any other print and design as required.
- Review designs for errors before printing and publishing them.
- Maintains graphic library for multi-media and in-house murals, signage and collateral.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Broad variety of tasks and deadlines sometimes requires an irregular work schedule.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by VP of Marketing and Marketing Director
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Must have an online portfolio to showcase your graphic skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two (2) years’ experience at an Advertising Agency/Design Studio/Branding Firm.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.
- Experience creating graphics for print production, direct mail, website ads, and social media posts/ads.
- Knowledge of printing processes, specs, paper, color, finishing preferred.
- Advanced grasp of graphic design standards as applicable to branding and marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Word and Power Point or Keynote.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated organization skills; able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-project, deadline-driven, constantly changing environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Experience with web design
- Experience with capturing and editing photography and video.
- Experience updating websites using a CMS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
