Duties
You will coordinate U.S. and foreign navy systems interoperability requirements across OPNAV, the Fleet, the acquisition community, the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Department.,You will identify and document requirements and program resources to meet coalition interoperability objectives.,You will coordinate and document Navy positions, staff tasker packages, plan international meetings, and conduct briefings to Navy, Intelligence Community (IC), Joint, Department of Defense (DoD), and coalition stakeholders.,You will serve as a representative of OPNAV N2N6 in coalition forums.,You will coordinate coalition interoperability operations, activities, and investments across OPNAV, the Intelligence Community (IC), Joint Staff, Joint Force and Services, North American Treaty Organization (NATO), and foreign military staffs.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Plan and coordinate efforts of multiple international partners and stakeholders through information sharing, interoperability initiatives, exercises, experimentation, and combined operations to deliver warfighting advantage; Design and implement programs, projects, or studies measuring the effectiveness of foreign partner interoperability programs and engagement activities to improve and advance interoperability efforts; Provide counsel and assistance to senior leadership in all matters that impact information warfare interoperability with partner nations.
