CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. LOCATION: DUBLIN, GA

Seeking a professional individual who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. This is a very busy environment and requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities. Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others, (in person, at the check-in desk, or via the telephone). 

Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• answering phones,
• scheduling appointments
• insurance verification
• authorizations
• collecting co-pays
• answering patient inquiries.
