We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to support the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our Wicker Park facility. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining high facility standards and ensuring that our centers are safe and welcoming each day.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Inspections & Openings: Open buildings each morning and conduct safety walkthroughs
Facility Cleanliness: Maintain organized and clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other shared spaces
Sanitization: Disinfect high-traffic areas every morning to ensure a safe, healthy environment
Restroom Maintenance: Refill supplies and keep restrooms clean and fully functional
Supply Management: Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies
Outdoor Upkeep: Sweep walkways, remove litter, and empty outdoor trash bins
Seasonal Tasks: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots in winter (as needed)
Minor Repairs: Perform basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs; report larger issues as needed
Work Area Organization: Keep maintenance and storage areas clean and orderly
Key Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle: Ability to travel between JCYS sites as required
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
Dependable & Detail-Oriented: Committed to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
