  • Help with the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory compliance with clear support documentation.
  • Process vendor bills accurately and on time, ensuring they hit the right GL codes and periods.
  • Onboard vendor & customer accounts including managing tax exemptions and verifying compliance requirements.
  • Manage employee credit card activity and ensure timely, accurate expense report submissions.
  • Deliver insightful financial variance analysis to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Track and report on promotional/spiff/co-op programs for clarity and ROI.

What You’ll Have:

  • We’re looking for someone who’s as sharp with numbers as they are with communication and collaboration:
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (e.g. lookups, matching, sumifs, and pivot tables)
    • A solid understanding of both cash and accrual reporting
    • Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal
    • Impeccable accuracy when preparing and entering financial data
  1. A proactive, analytical mindset for solving challenges as they arise
  2. Stellar time management with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines like a pro

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience required.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
