RN Nursing Supervisor
McGregor - Supporting Seniors in need and those who serve them.
We are seeking a full-time registered or licensed practical nurse for our Supervisor position. This candidate is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of the nursing unit on a specific shift.
Schedule: (3) 12-Hours shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Shift Differential $4.00 - Every Other Weekend and Holiday.
Essential Duties:
- Free floating to monitor and supervise all nursing operations on the units.
- Mentor/develop the clinical and supervisory skills of Charge Nurses.
- Monitor operations of the units to ensure quality resident care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
- Work with staffing coordinator on scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduated of an approved school of nursing.
- Experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Current valid nursing license.
- CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
- IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus.
