Job Title: Ambassador

Department:  Guest Relations

Reports to: Ambassador Supervisor/Rental Manager

Ambassadors are the resort's front-line employees who welcome and greet our guests as they arrive.  Ambassadors also assist our guests by providing information and directions.  Ambassadors are typically positioned around the entrance to the water park or ski area.

• Directing the line and flow for tickets and rentals through specific entrance points.

• Maintain and monitor the Fireside Lounge.
• Observe and monitor the shuttle buses stop.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases or redemption.

• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
