POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist for North America is a vital support role within the integrated marketing and campaigns team, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of marketing activities across USA and Canada (North America) market. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director and VP, Global Marketing & Integrated Campaigns this role helps bring brand and tactical campaigns to life with regional nuance, ensures timely stakeholder communication, and supports content localization and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including accuracy of content, timelines, asset delivery, and execution support.
- Customize global and brand campaign content to reflect local trends, cultural moments, and market dynamics.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., brand, acquisition, retention and content) and external partners (e.g., media agencies, creative partners) to align regional plans and deliverables.
- Support the delivery of regional email, paid media, earned media (PR) and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and track campaign performance metrics; compile reports from all channels and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Director and VP.
- Maintain regional campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team leads.
- Assist in organizing and execution for regional events, tourism board & brand partnerships, and activations where required.
- Maintain alignment with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing supports business targets.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role, preferably in travel, tourism, retail, or consumer brand sectors.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and agencies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, project management systems, content management systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a collaborative team spirit.
